right, the meeting points have been sorted but what is being taken with us?

can we add things that are needed and see if we can quickly get some volunteers for bringing said bits

one thing i can think of is flyers/posters, do we have a stockpile of them already printed ? i have no acess to a printer but if anyone does can we get some done up?

i may have a few flyer here already what we all doin bout munch guys we doing the regular bbq on the stand and thn loads of drink and stuff ill get loads of coke and juice if ppl wanna bring meat and shiz

I can bring really tasty polish sausages, some bread for it, maybe some potato salad??

like the idea of polish sausages, had em before lol, has anyone got a BBQ we could use for the day?

ok we will bring some chees slices and tomatoes sauce, and some rolls

who can bring some barbques etc

dont think we can use the 'ready to light' style bbq's can we? has anyone got a metal one? if we can use them ill buy a couple but need to know asap so can get some

a quick list...............

drinks - josh/scott ( ill bring some 5l bottles of water for tea coffee etc )
sausages/potato salad - Grzegorz
rolls/sauces/cheese - selina
bbq's( if we can use disposable ones ) - scott

so we just need some more meat etc for it
